- Login into the client area at http://www.enrich.in/crm/clientarea.php
- click on My Domains under Domains menu from top
- click on Right side Arrow which is on 'Manage Domain button'
- click on 'Auto Renewal Status'
- Enter your new nameservers into the Primary and Secondary nameserver fields and click 'Change Nameservers'
- There you will find Auto Renew, it will display the current status of your domain
- Click on Disable/Enable Auto-Renewal button for Disabling/Enabling it
- A confirmation message will appear
